3.2 The Casino guarantees:

3.3 The Casino is not a financial institution and does not charge interest on registered user accounts.
3.4 Users are not allowed to create multiple accounts: only 1 account per person is permitted. If this condition is violated, the Casino has the right to block and/or delete duplicate accounts, confiscate or redirect all funds to the main account. Any bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be confiscated.
3.5 It is prohibited to disclose your account information to third parties, sell or transfer access to the account, or purchase access to another account.
3.6 The transfer of funds from one account to another is strictly prohibited.
4.1 An account is considered inactive if it has not been used for more than 12 consecutive months.
4.2 The Casino reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts if:
- An account does not record any transactions for 12 consecutive months (such accounts are deemed inactive). If your account becomes inactive, and attempts to contact you remain unanswered, the Company reserves the right to delete your account;
- The administration attempted to contact the owner of an inactive account without receiving a response or necessary payment instructions.
4.3 If your account has been blocked or deleted and your account balance is positive, you must contact us via email and, if necessary, provide detailed information to resolve the issue regarding the withdrawal of remaining funds.
4.4 The Company is authorized to charge a monthly maintenance fee of 5 EUR (or the equivalent in another currency) for an inactive account.
4.5 Any balance on an inactive account received as cashback will be immediately canceled.
5.1 Under the conditions set forth in any applicable laws, regulatory acts, policies, and provisions of the General Terms and Conditions, and without prejudice to the Company, the Casino reserves the right to suspend an account for the period needed to investigate and process a chargeback request.
5.2 Upon receipt of a chargeback request, the Casino will notify the account owner via the email address provided in the owner’s account. This notification serves to confirm the identity of the account owner and to clarify the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. If, after receiving the notification, the account owner does not confirm his identity and payment method, the Casino will send two additional notifications to the email address on file. A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for each notification sent.
5.3 If during the processing of a chargeback request the user’s account is blocked and the user:
- has not logged into his account for 6 consecutive months,
- has not confirmed his identity, payment method, and details for returning unused funds, the Casino reserves the right to debit the remaining funds from the inactive account in its favor.
6.1 Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts, including participation in games. The Website and Games are provided "as is" without any warranties, whether express or implied.
6.2 The Company, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers:
- do not warrant that the software or the Website will meet your needs or be fit for any particular purpose;
